We are proud of our status as an RAC Approved Dealer and our sister company Whatlington Garage as an RAC Accredited Repairer. Combining the two, along with the RAC BuySure scheme we are confident our used cars are thoroughly checked to high standards.

Our workshop which inspects all the used cars we sell is also proudly a Bosch Car Service partner and adheres to the strict and comprehensive requirements of the Bosch network. This add's confidence and trust in the quality, reliability and aftersales support for all work carried out.

Whatlington Garage has been a member of the Which? Trusted Trader scheme since 2013. We are proud of our membership which demonstrates our commitment to providing a transparent, honest relationship with our consumers. From clear, no nonsense estimates through to following the correct complaints procedures, you can rest easy knowing that Which? has checked and double checked all our procedures.

Being a fully registered Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) for the DVSA means we are able to fully inspect and MOT our used cars in house. This helps us achieve a quicker turnaround and provide all our customers with a fresh 12 month MOT on their new purchase. We are also able to look after the vehicles MOT in the long-term helping you keep the car on the road each year.

The RMI (Retail Motor Industry) is the leading authoritative body for the motor trade in the UK. We are a full member allowing us to have a voice in the motor industry and giving us the essential support required for some of the more difficult situations. The RMI, coupled with the IGA (Independent Garage Association) provide legal and technician support and also training for our mechanics. This is a great benefit to our customers as it demonstrates that we have the right knowledge, skills, training and technical support to correctly inspect, repair and look after their cars.

Finally we are a member of the Trading Standards Approved Code scheme, fulfilling confidence with our customers that we adhere to the legal requirements and follow the Trading Standards code of practice.
